Hourglass — Entropy is Direction

An animated SVG hourglass. Sand grains fall continuously through the neck — each one a moment of time made visible. The upper chamber empties; the lower accumulates. The outer rings pulse and fade. "Entropy is not disorder — it is direction." Time flows one way, grain by grain, and does not return.
